Supplementary Provisions, Article 2Transitional Measures upon Partial Amendment of the Banking Act
第二条（銀行法の一部改正に伴う経過措置）
Of the applications for authorization under Article 8, paragraph (3) of the Banking Act that are actually filed at the time this Act comes into effect, those relating to a contract between a bank and a person prescribed in paragraph (4) of that Article of the Banking Act as amended by the provisions of Article 1 (referred to as the "new Banking Act" in the following Article and Article 4 of the Supplementary Provisions) are deemed to be a notification made pursuant to that paragraph.
