A court enforcement officer or civil enforcement official must obtain the permission of an enforcement court to enter a person's residence to perform their duties on a Sunday or general holiday or during the period from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM the following morning.
執行官等は、日曜日その他の一般の休日又は午後七時から翌日の午前七時までの間に人の住居に立ち入つて職務を執行するには、執行裁判所の許可を受けなければならない。
In performing their duties, a court enforcement officer or civil enforcement official must present a document proving that they have obtained permission pursuant to the provisions of the preceding paragraph.
