Article 50Obligation of a Person Who Received a Demand to File Proof of Their Claims
第五十条（催告を受けた者の債権の届出義務）
A person stated in paragraph (2), item (i) or (ii) of the preceding Article who has demanded under that paragraph must make a filing concerning the demanded information by the deadline for a distribution demand.
If there is a change in the amount of principal from a claim under a filing as referred to in the preceding paragraph, the person that made that filing must make a filing to that effect.
前項の届出をした者は、その届出に係る債権の元本の額に変更があつたときは、その旨の届出をしなければならない。
If, intentionally or through negligence, a person that is required to make a filing pursuant to the provisions of the preceding two paragraphs fails to make that filing or makes a false filing, that person is liable to compensate for the damage that results.
前二項の規定により届出をすべき者は、故意又は過失により、その届出をしなかつたとき、又は不実の届出をしたときは、これによつて生じた損害を賠償する責めに任ずる。
