to commence proceedings for a compulsory auction, the enforcement court must issue an order commencing compulsory-auction proceedings, and, in that order, it must declare that immovable property will be seized for the benefit of the obligee.
執行裁判所は、強制競売の手続を開始するには、強制競売の開始決定をし、その開始決定において、債権者のために不動産を差し押さえる旨を宣言しなければならない。
The commencement order referred to in the preceding paragraph must be served upon the obligor.
前項の開始決定は、債務者に送達しなければならない。
An appeal may be filed against a judicial decision to deny a petition for a compulsory auction.
