With regards to procedures on acquisition of information related to property of an obligor under this section (referred to as "procedures for acquiring information from a third party" below), a district court having jurisdiction in the locality of the general venue of the obligor: or if there is no general venue, a district court having jurisdiction in the locality of a person who should be ordered to provide information under this section, has jurisdiction over the procedure as an enforcement court.
この節の規定による債務者の財産に係る情報の取得に関する手続（以下「第三者からの情報取得手続」という。）については、債務者の普通裁判籍の所在地を管轄する地方裁判所が、この普通裁判籍がないときはこの節の規定により情報の提供を命じられるべき者の所在地を管轄する地方裁判所が、執行裁判所として管轄する。
