Care work courses are to be conducted in order to have care workers prescribed in Article 2, paragraph (2) of the Act on Improvement of Employment Management and Other Matters for Care Workers (Act No. 63 of 1992), or persons intending to become care workers, acquire the necessary knowledge and skills.
介護労働講習は、介護労働者の雇用管理の改善等に関する法律（平成四年法律第六十三号）第二条第二項に規定する介護労働者又は介護労働者になろうとする者に対して、必要な知識及び技能を習得させるため行うものとする。
