Article 127Establishment and Operation of Public Human Resources Development Facilities
第百二十七条（公共職業能力開発施設の設置及び運営）
The public human resources development facilities established or operated pursuant to Article 63, paragraph (1), item (ii) of the Act are to be Polytechnic Junior Colleges, Polytechnic Colleges and Vocational Ability Development Promotion Centers.
法第六十三条第一項第二号の規定により設置し、又は運営する公共職業能力開発施設は、職業能力開発短期大学校、職業能力開発大学校及び職業能力開発促進センターとする。
The standards for the establishment or operation of the public human resources development facilities referred to in the preceding paragraph are as provided in the Vocational Abilities Development Promotion Act and other related laws and regulations.
前項の公共職業能力開発施設の設置又は運営の基準は、職業能力開発促進法その他の関係法令の定めるところによる。
