Supplementary Provisions

This Ministerial Order comes into effect as of the date of promulgation.

As for the amount of the insurance benefits under the provisions of the Industrial Accident Compensation Insurance Act (Act No. 50 of 1947; hereinafter referred to as the "Act") and the special payments under the provisions of the Rules for Payment of Special Payments for Industrial Accident Compensation Insurance (Order of the Ministry of Labour No. 30 of 1974) (hereinafter referred to as "insurance benefits, etc.") for which the ground for payment arose up to the day preceding the date of enforcement of this Ministerial Order (hereinafter referred to as the "Effective Date"), being the insurance benefits, etc. paid on the basis of the basic daily benefit amount calculated before the Effective Date (for the pension-type insurance benefits under the provisions of the Act and the disability special pension, special pension for surviving family and illness or injury special pension under the provisions of those Rules, the total of the amounts paid in each payment month prescribed in Article 9, paragraph (3) of the Act (in the case prescribed in the proviso to that paragraph, the month in which payment is to be made pursuant to the proviso to that paragraph)), the provisions of Article 2 of the Supplementary Provisions of the Ministerial Order Partially Amending the Ordinance for Enforcement of the Industrial Accident Compensation Insurance Act, etc. (Order of the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare No. 64 of 2019) apply mutatis mutandis.
