Supplementary Provisions, Article 1Effective Date
第一条（施行期日）
This Ministerial Order comes into effect as of January 1, 2010.
この省令は、平成二十二年一月一日から施行する。
Supplementary Provisions, Article 7Transitional Measures Accompanying the Partial Amendment of the Ordinance for Enforcement of the Act on the Collection, etc. of Insurance Premiums of Labor Insurance
第七条（労働保険の保険料の徴収等に関する法律施行規則の一部改正に伴う経過措置）
With regard to the application of Article 15-2, paragraph (1) of the Ordinance for Enforcement of the Act on the Collection, etc. of Insurance Premiums of Labor Insurance as amended by this Ministerial Order to persons employed as mariners, for the persons listed in the left-hand column of the following table, the phrase "64 years of age" in that paragraph is deemed to be replaced with the wording listed in the right-hand column of that table, respectively.

| A person born between April 2, 1950 and April 1, 1951 | 60 years of age |
| A person born between April 2, 1951 and April 1, 1952 | 61 years of age |
| A person born between April 2, 1952 and April 1, 1953 | 62 years of age |
| A person born between April 2, 1953 and April 1, 1954 | 63 years of age |
船員として雇用される者に対するこの省令による改正後の労働保険の保険料の徴収等に関する法律施行規則第十五条の二第一項の適用については、次の表の上欄に掲げる者にあっては、同項中「六十四歳」とあるのは、それぞれ同表の下欄に掲げる字句に読み替えるものとする。

| 昭和二十五年四月二日から昭和二十六年四月一日までの間に生まれた者 | 六十歳 |
| 昭和二十六年四月二日から昭和二十七年四月一日までの間に生まれた者 | 六十一歳 |
| 昭和二十七年四月二日から昭和二十八年四月一日までの間に生まれた者 | 六十二歳 |
| 昭和二十八年四月二日から昭和二十九年四月一日までの間に生まれた者 | 六十三歳 |
