The identification card under Article 73 of the former Labor Insurance Premium Collection Ordinance is deemed, for the time being, to be the identification card under Article 73 of the Ordinance for Enforcement of the Act on the Collection, etc. of Insurance Premiums of Labor Insurance as amended by Article 2 (hereinafter referred to as the "new Labor Insurance Premium Collection Ordinance").
