Supplementary Provisions, Article 2Transitional Measures Accompanying the Partial Amendment of the Ordinance for Enforcement of the Act on the Collection, etc. of Insurance Premiums of Labor Insurance

With regard to the industrial accident insurance rate forming the basis of the general insurance premium rate to be multiplied by the total wages for all workers employed in general unemployment countermeasure projects before the date of enforcement of this Ministerial Order (hereinafter referred to as the "Effective Date"), the provisions then in force continue to govern, notwithstanding Appended Table 1 of the Ordinance for Enforcement of the Act on the Collection, etc. of Insurance Premiums of Labor Insurance as amended by Article 4.
