Supplementary Provisions, Article 1Effective Date
第一条（施行期日）
This Ministerial Order comes into effect as of April 1, 1996.
この省令は、平成八年四月一日から施行する。

第二条（労働保険の保険料の徴収等に関する法律施行規則の一部改正に伴う経過措置）
With regard to the industrial accident insurance rate forming the basis of the general insurance premium rate to be multiplied by the total wages for all workers employed in general unemployment countermeasure projects before the date of enforcement of this Ministerial Order (hereinafter referred to as the "Effective Date"), the provisions then in force continue to govern, notwithstanding Appended Table 1 of the Ordinance for Enforcement of the Act on the Collection, etc. of Insurance Premiums of Labor Insurance as amended by Article 4.
この省令の施行の日（以下「施行日」という。）前に一般失業対策事業に使用するすべての労働者に係る賃金総額に乗ずべき一般保険料率の基礎となる労災保険率については、第四条の規定による改正後の労働保険の保険料の徴収等に関する法律施行規則別表第一の規定にかかわらず、なお従前の例による。
