Supplementary Provisions

This Ministerial Order comes into effect as of August 1, 1984; provided, however, that, in Article 2, the provision amending Article 15-2, paragraph (1) of the Ordinance for Enforcement of the Act on the Collection, etc. of Insurance Premiums of Labor Insurance comes into effect as of April 1, 1985.

①The employment insurance stamp purchase book under Article 42, paragraph (1) of the Ordinance for Enforcement of the Act on the Collection, etc. of Insurance Premiums of Labor Insurance prior to the amendment (hereinafter in this paragraph referred to as the "Former Rules"), the starting ticket receipt book under Article 50, paragraph (1) of the Former Rules, the report on the status of payment of stamp insurance premiums under Article 54 of the Former Rules, and the report on the status of use of the stamp insurance premium payment register under Article 55 of the Former Rules that are actually in use at the time this Ministerial Order comes into effect may, for the time being, be used with the necessary revisions.

②With regard to the report on the status of receipt and payment of employment insurance stamps and the report on the status of use of stamp insurance premium payment registers for the months up to and including July 1984, the provisions then in force continue to govern.
