附 則
This Ministerial Order comes into effect as of December 31, 1976.
この省令は、昭和五十一年十二月三十一日から施行する。
With regard to the industrial accident insurance rates for the insurance years up to and including the insurance year that includes the day on which this Ministerial Order comes into effect, the provisions then in force continue to govern, notwithstanding Appended Table 3 of the Ordinance for Enforcement of the Act on the Collection, etc. of Insurance Premiums of Labor Insurance as amended.
この省令の施行の日の属する保険年度以前の保険年度の労災保険率については、改正後の労働保険の保険料の徴収等に関する法律施行規則別表第三の規定にかかわらず、なお従前の例による。
