Supplementary Provisions, Article 4Transitional Measures concerning the Basis for Calculating Class II Special Enrollment Insurance Premiums

Where, during the period from the day on which this Ministerial Order comes into effect through March 31, 1977, the approval under Article 29, paragraph (1) of the Industrial Accident Compensation Insurance Act has been granted to an association of persons carrying out a business listed in Article 46-17, item (iv) or (v) of the Ordinance for Enforcement of the Industrial Accident Compensation Insurance Act as amended, with regard to the application of Article 22 of the Ordinance for Enforcement of the Act on the Collection, etc. of Insurance Premiums of Labor Insurance to the calculation of the amount specified by Order of the Ministry of Labour as referred to in Article 14, paragraph (1) of the Act on the Collection, etc. of Insurance Premiums of Labor Insurance for the business pertaining to that approval for the insurance year that includes the day on which that approval was granted, the phrase "the amount listed in the right column of Appended Table 4" in Article 22 is deemed to be replaced with "the amount listed in the right column of Appended Table 4 multiplied by the number obtained by dividing by 12 the number of months in the period from the day on which the approval under Article 29, paragraph (1) of the Industrial Accident Insurance Act was granted through March 31, 1977 (where there is a fraction of less than one month in that period, the fraction is counted as one month)".
