附 則
This Ministerial Order comes into effect as of October 1, 1974.
この省令は、昭和四十九年十月一日から施行する。
The unemployment insurance stamp purchase books under Article 42, paragraph (1) of the Ordinance for Enforcement of the Act on the Collection, etc. of Insurance Premiums of Labor Insurance before its amendment by the provisions of Article 2 (hereinafter referred to as the "Former Rules") and the starting ticket receipt books under Article 50, paragraph (1) of the Former Rules that are in use at the time this Ministerial Order comes into effect may, for the time being, be used after making necessary revisions.
この省令の施行の際現に使用している第二条の規定による改正前の労働保険の保険料の徴収等に関する法律施行規則（以下「旧規則」という。）第四十二条第一項の規定による失業保険印紙購入通帳及び旧規則第五十条第一項の規定による始動票札受領通帳は、当分の間、必要な改定をした上、使用することができる。
With respect to the reports on the status of receipt and payment of unemployment insurance stamps and on the status of use of stamp insurance premium payment registers for the months on or before September 1974, the provisions then in force continue to govern.
昭和四十九年九月以前の月分に係る失業保険印紙の受払状況の報告及び印紙保険料納付計器の使用状況の報告については、なお従前の例による。
With respect to the calculation, for days before the day this Ministerial Order comes into effect, of the daily amount of the employment promotion allowance, unemployment insurance benefits and sickness and injury benefits and of the daily amount of wages relating to the reduction of the employment promotion allowance, unemployment insurance benefits and sickness and injury benefits, the provisions then in force continue to govern.
この省令の施行の日前の日に係る就職促進手当並びに失業保険金及び傷病給付金の日額並びに就職促進手当並びに失業保険金及び傷病給付金の減額に係る賃金日額の算定については、なお従前の例による。
