The provisions of the preceding Article apply mutatis mutandis to payment and revision of the amount pertaining to the benefit under Article 8, paragraph (1) of the Supplementary Provisions of the New Act. In this case, in paragraph (1) of the preceding Article, the phrase "Article 7, paragraph (4) of the Supplementary Provisions" is deemed to be replaced with "Article 8, paragraph (4) of the Supplementary Provisions", "Article 7, paragraph (1) of the Supplementary Provisions" with "Article 8, paragraph (1) of the Supplementary Provisions", and "item (i), (a) of that paragraph" with "Article 7, paragraph (1), item (i), (a) of the Supplementary Provisions of the New Act", and in paragraph (2) of the preceding Article, "Article 7, paragraph (4) of the Supplementary Provisions" is deemed to be replaced with "Article 8, paragraph (4) of the Supplementary Provisions" and "Article 7, paragraph (1) of the Supplementary Provisions" with "Article 8, paragraph (1) of the Supplementary Provisions".
