Supplementary Provisions, Article 1Effective Date
第一条（施行期日）
This Act comes into effect as of April 1, 1995; provided, however, that the provisions listed in the following items come into force as of the date prescribed in each item:
この法律は、平成七年四月一日から施行する。ただし、次の各号に掲げる規定は、当該各号に定める日から施行する。

the amended provisions of Article 48, Article 49 and Article 54 of the Employment Insurance Act in Article 1, the amended provision adding an Article following Article 10 of the Supplementary Provisions of the Act on the Collection, etc. of Insurance Premiums of Labor Insurance in Article 2, and the provisions of Article 11 and Article 13, paragraph (1) of the Supplementary Provisions:September 1, 1994.

Supplementary Provisions, Article 31Delegation of Other Transitional Measures to Cabinet Order
第三十一条（その他の経過措置の政令への委任）
Beyond what is set forth in these Supplementary Provisions, any necessary transitional measures for the enforcement of this Act are specified by Cabinet Order.
この附則に規定するもののほか、この法律の施行に伴い必要な経過措置は、政令で定める。
