第二十八条（社会保険労務士法の一部改正に伴う経過措置）
With regard to the eligibility to take the labor and social security attorney examination of a person who has passed the first stage of the bar examination under the provisions of the Former Act or the first stage of the former bar examination, the provisions then in force continue to govern.
旧法の規定による司法試験の第一次試験又は旧司法試験の第一次試験に合格した者に係る社会保険労務士試験の受験資格については、なお従前の例による。
With regard to the exemption from part of the examination subjects of the labor and social security attorney examination for a person who has passed the second stage of the bar examination under the provisions of the Former Act and who selected labor law, the provisions then in force continue to govern.
旧法の規定による司法試験の第二次試験に合格した者で労働法を選択したものに係る社会保険労務士試験の試験科目の一部免除については、なお従前の例による。
