第一条（施行期日）
This Cabinet Order comes into effect as of the date of enforcement of the provisions listed in Article 1, item (iii) of the Supplementary Provisions of the Act Partially Amending the Act on the Use of Numbers to Identify a Specific Individual in Administrative Procedures, etc. (referred to as the "Amending Act" in Article 9 and Article 12, paragraph (2) of the Supplementary Provisions) (May 26, 2025; hereinafter referred to as the "Effective Date").
この政令は、行政手続における特定の個人を識別するための番号の利用等に関する法律等の一部を改正する法律（附則第九条及び第十二条第二項において「改正法」という。）附則第一条第三号に掲げる規定の施行の日（令和七年五月二十六日。以下「施行日」という。）から施行する。
