第三十条の二十（外国人住民に係る住民票の記載の修正等のための出入国在留管理庁長官からの通知の方法）
The notification under Article 30-50 of the Act is to be given by a method of transmitting from a computer used by the Commissioner of the Immigration Services Agency, through a telecommunications line, to a computer that the Commissioner of the Immigration Services Agency has the mayor of the municipality use, or by any other method specified by Order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications and Ministry of Justice Order.
法第三十条の五十の規定による通知は、出入国在留管理庁長官の使用に係る電子計算機から電気通信回線を通じて出入国在留管理庁長官が市町村長に使用させる電子計算機に送信する方法その他の総務省令・法務省令で定める方法により行うものとする。
