Supplementary Provisions, Article 53Transitional Measures Concerning Paper-Based Notices on the Transfer of Negotiable Deposits

The provisions of Article 81-17, paragraphs (1) and (3) of the New Regulation (Paper-Based Notice Regarding Transfer of Negotiable Deposits) apply to a transfer or acquisition of negotiable deposits prescribed in Article 224-2 of the New Act (Notice of the Transfer of Negotiable Deposits) that takes place on or after the Effective Date, and the provisions then in force continue to govern a transfer or acquisition of negotiable deposits prescribed in Article 224-2 of the Former Act (Notice of the Transfer of Negotiable Deposits) that took place before the Effective Date.
