附 則
This Ministerial Order comes into effect as of October 1, 1965.
この省令は、昭和四十年十月一日から施行する。
Until March 31, 1968, for the application of the provisions of the Ministerial Order as amended by the provisions of the preceding paragraph, a Securities dealer is deemed to be a Securities company.
昭和四十三年三月三十一日までは、前項の規定による改正後の省令の規定の適用については、証券業者は、証券会社とみなす。
