Supplementary Provisions, Article 1Effective Date
第一条（施行期日）
This Ministerial Order comes into effect as of the date of promulgation.
この省令は、公布の日から施行する。
Supplementary Provisions, Article 2Transitional Measures Accompanying the Partial Amendment of the Regulation for Enforcement of the Income Tax Act
第二条（所得税法施行規則の一部改正に伴う経過措置）
The provisions of Article 63 (Organization and Retention of Books and Documents) of the Regulation for Enforcement of the Income Tax Act as amended by the provisions of Article 1 apply to the case of retaining books and documents that are closed, prepared, or received in 1981 or thereafter, and for the case of retaining books and documents that were closed, prepared, or received in 1980 or earlier, the provisions then in force continue to govern.
第一条の規定による改正後の所得税法施行規則第六十三条（帳簿書類の整理保存）の規定は、昭和五十六年以後において閉鎖し、又は作成し、若しくは受領する帳簿及び書類を保存する場合について適用し、昭和五十五年以前において閉鎖し、又は作成し、若しくは受領した帳簿及び書類を保存する場合については、なお従前の例による。
