This Ministerial Order comes into effect as of the date of enforcement of the provisions set forth in Article 1, item (iv) of the Supplementary Provisions of the Act Partially Amending the Family Register Act (Act No. 17 of 2019) (January 11, 2022).
この省令は、戸籍法の一部を改正する法律（令和元年法律第十七号）附則第一条第四号に掲げる規定の施行の日（令和四年一月十一日）から施行する。
