This Ministerial Order comes into effect as of the date of enforcement of the provisions set forth in Article 1, item (ii) of the Supplementary Provisions of the Act Partially Amending the Road Traffic Act (Act No. 20 of 2019) (December 1, 2019).
この省令は、道路交通法の一部を改正する法律（令和元年法律第二十号）附則第一条第二号に掲げる規定の施行の日（令和元年十二月一日）から施行する。
