第二十六条（特別農業所得者の申請書に記載すべき事項に関する経過措置）
The provisions of Article 45 of the New Regulation (Matters to Be Stated in a Written Application by a Special Farming Income Earner) apply to a written application under Article 110, paragraph (2) of the New Act (Application by a Special Farming Income Earner) that is submitted on or after the Effective Date, and the provisions then in force continue to govern a written application under Article 110, paragraph (2) of the Former Act (Application by a Special Farming Income Earner) that was submitted before the Effective Date.
