This Ministerial Order comes into effect as of the date of enforcement of the Act on Special Measures Concerning Relief, etc. for Health Damage Resulting from Novel Influenza Vaccination (Act No. 98 of 2009).
この省令は、新型インフルエンザ予防接種による健康被害の救済等に関する特別措置法（平成二十一年法律第九十八号）の施行の日から施行する。
