This Ministerial Order comes into effect as of the date of promulgation.
この省令は、公布の日から施行する。
The provisions of Article 47-2, paragraph (3) (Documents for Receiving the Donation Deduction) of the Regulation for Enforcement of the Income Tax Act as amended apply to income tax for 1976 and thereafter.
改正後の所得税法施行規則第四十七条の二第三項（寄付金控除を受けるための書類）の規定は、昭和五十一年分以後の所得税について適用する。
