第一条（施行期日）
This Cabinet Order comes into effect as of the day of enforcement of the Act Partially Amending the Companies Act (Act No. 70 of 2019) (March 1, 2021).
この政令は、会社法の一部を改正する法律（令和元年法律第七十号）の施行の日（令和三年三月一日）から施行する。
