Supplementary Provisions, Article 20Transitional Measures Concerning Adjustment of the Amount Deducted from the Amount of Public Pension or Retirement Package
第二十条（公的年金等の金額から控除する金額の調整に関する経過措置）
The provisions of Article 319-6, paragraph (1) (Adjustment of the Amount Deducted from the Amount of Public Pension or Retirement Package) of the New Order apply to a public pension or retirement package prescribed in that paragraph that is payable on or after the date specified in Article 1, item (vi) (Effective Date) of the Supplementary Provisions, and the provisions then in force continue to govern a public pension or retirement package prescribed in Article 319-6, paragraph (1) (Adjustment of the Amount Deducted from the Amount of Public Pension or Retirement Package) of the Former Order that is payable before that date.
新令第三百十九条の六第一項（公的年金等の金額から控除する金額の調整）の規定は、附則第一条第六号（施行期日）に定める日以後に支払うべき同項に規定する公的年金等について適用し、同日前に支払うべき旧令第三百十九条の六第一項（公的年金等の金額から控除する金額の調整）に規定する公的年金等については、なお従前の例による。
