The provisions of Article 61, paragraph (1) (limited to the portion pertaining to item (ix)) (Method of Calculating the Amount of Stated Capital, etc. or Amount of Consolidated Individual Stated Capital, etc. Corresponding to Shares Held) of the New Order apply to the event set forth in item (ix) of that paragraph that occurs on or after the date specified in Article 1, item (v) (Effective Date) of the Supplementary Provisions, and the provisions then in force continue to govern the event set forth in Article 61, paragraph (1), item (ix) (Method of Calculating the Amount of Stated Capital, etc. or Amount of Consolidated Individual Stated Capital, etc. Corresponding to Shares Held) of the Former Order that occurred before that date.
