This Cabinet Order comes into effect on April 1, 2013; provided, however, that the provisions amending Article 350-3, paragraph (2) come into effect on the date of enforcement of the Act Partially Amending the Financial Instruments and Exchange Act, etc. (Act No. 86 of 2012).
この政令は、平成二十五年四月一日から施行する。ただし、第三百五十条の三第二項の改正規定は、金融商品取引法等の一部を改正する法律（平成二十四年法律第八十六号）の施行の日から施行する。
