Supplementary Provisions, Article 1Effective Date
第一条（施行期日）
This Cabinet Order comes into effect on the date of promulgation; provided, however, that the provisions amending Article 120-2, paragraph (1), item (ii), (b) and the provisions amending Article 127, paragraph (4), and the provisions of the following Article come into effect on April 1, 2012.
この政令は、公布の日から施行する。ただし、第百二十条の二第一項第二号ロの改正規定及び第百二十七条第四項の改正規定並びに次条の規定は、平成二十四年四月一日から施行する。
