This Cabinet Order comes into effect on the date of enforcement of the provisions listed in Article 1, item (ii) of the Supplementary Provisions of the Act Partially Amending the Financial Instruments and Exchange Act, etc. for Strengthening the Foundations of Capital Markets and the Financial Industry (November 24, 2011).
この政令は、資本市場及び金融業の基盤強化のための金融商品取引法等の一部を改正する法律附則第一条第二号に掲げる規定の施行の日（平成二十三年十一月二十四日）から施行する。
