第一条（施行期日）
This Cabinet Order comes into effect on the date of enforcement of the Act Partially Amending the National Pension Act, etc. (referred to as the "2004 Amending Act" in the following Article) (October 1, 2004).
この政令は、国民年金法等の一部を改正する法律（次条において「平成十六年改正法」という。）の施行の日（平成十六年十月一日）から施行する。
