This Cabinet Order comes into effect as of the date of enforcement of the Act Partially Amending the Small and Medium Sized Enterprise Retirement Allowance Cooperative Act (referred to as the "Amending Act" in the following Article) (April 1, 1998).
この政令は、中小企業退職金共済法の一部を改正する法律（次条において「改正法」という。）の施行の日（平成十年四月一日）から施行する。
