第一条（施行期日）
This Cabinet Order comes into effect as of December 1, 1995, the day of enforcement of the Act Partially Amending the Electricity Business Act (hereinafter referred to as the "Amending Act").
この政令は、電気事業法の一部を改正する法律（以下「改正法」という。）の施行の日（平成七年十二月一日）から施行する。
