第一条（施行期日等）
This Cabinet Order comes into effect as of the date of promulgation, and the provisions of Articles 2 through 5 and the following Article apply as from April 1, 1984.
この政令は、公布の日から施行し、第二条から第五条まで及び次条の規定は、昭和五十九年四月一日から適用する。
