第四条（カード等の交付等の禁止の廃止に関する経過措置）
An order under Article 34, paragraph (1) of the Former Act is, for the purpose of applying the provisions of the New Act, deemed to include an order under Article 34-2, paragraph (2) of the New Act that the card, etc. prescribed in Article 2, paragraph (3), item (i) of the New Act must not be issued or granted.
旧法第三十四条第一項の規定による命令は、新法の規定の適用については、新法第三十四条の二第二項の規定による命令であって新法第二条第三項第一号に規定するカード等を交付し又は付与してはならない旨の命令を含むものとみなす。
Rescission of registration under Article 34-2, paragraph (1) of the Former Act (limited to the part pertaining to items (ii) and (iii)) is, for the purpose of applying the provisions of the New Act, deemed to be rescission of registration under Article 34-2, paragraph (1) of the New Act.
旧法第三十四条の二第一項（第二号及び第三号に係る部分に限る。）の規定による登録の取消しは、新法の規定の適用については、新法第三十四条の二第一項の規定による登録の取消しとみなす。
