第九条
With regard to a person who is deemed to have obtained the license referred to in Article 29-5 of the New Act pursuant to Article 7, paragraph (1) of the Supplementary Provisions (including where that person obtains the license referred to in that Article without a break), the phrase "one-half" in Article 18-3, paragraphs (1) and (2) of the New Act as applied mutatis mutandis pursuant to Article 29-6 of the New Act is deemed to be replaced as set out in the right-hand column of the following table, for each of the base dates prescribed in Article 18-3, paragraph (1) of the New Act that are set out in the left-hand column of that table.

附則第七条第一項の規定により新法第二十九条の五の許可を受けたものとみなされる者（その者が引き続き同条の許可を受けた場合を含む。）については、新法第二十九条の六において準用する新法第十八条の三第一項及び第二項中「二分の一」とあるのは、同条第一項に規定する基準日で次の表の上欄に掲げるものについて、それぞれ同表の下欄のように読み替えるものとする。
