Each business year, a designated credit bureau must prepare a report on its business activities and assets in the relevant business year and submit it to the Minister of Economy, Trade and Industry.
指定信用情報機関は、事業年度ごとに、当該事業年度に係る業務及び財産に関する報告書を作成し、経済産業大臣に提出しなければならない。
The matters that are required to be stated in the report referred to in the preceding paragraph, the submission date, and other necessary matters are specified by Order of the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry.
前項の報告書に関する記載事項、提出期日その他必要な事項は、経済産業省令で定める。
