If the Minister of Economy, Trade and Industry finds that an improvement is needed in connection with the operation of certified services, the minister may order a certified installment sales association to take the necessary measures to improve this, inasmuch as this is necessary for the enforcement of this Act.
If the Minister of Economy, Trade and Industry finds a certified installment sales association's business operations to be in violation of the provisions of this Act, an order that is based on this Act, or a disposition that is based on this Act or on such an order, the minister may rescind its certification.
経済産業大臣は、認定割賦販売協会の業務の運営がこの法律の規定若しくはこの法律に基づく命令又はこれらに基づく処分に違反していると認めるときは、その認定を取り消すことができる。

A general incorporated association (一般社団法人) set up by installment sellers and the other businesses Article 35-18, paragraph (1) names and certified by the Minister of Economy, Trade and Industry, which makes rules for fair dealing and the proper management of credit card numbers, checks and guides its members' compliance, and handles complaints from users.
