A registered comprehensive small amount credit purchase intermediary must periodically make a report to the Minister of Economy, Trade and Industry about the results of calculation of the user purchase amount projected to be affordable and other information specified by Order of the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry, pursuant to the provisions of Order of the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry.
