If there is any change in a matter stated in items (i) through (iii) of Article 35-2-9, paragraph (1), a registered comprehensive small amount credit purchase intermediary must file a notification of this with the Minister of Economy, Trade and Industry, without delay.
登録少額包括信用購入あつせん業者は、第三十五条の二の九第一項第一号から第三号までに掲げる事項について変更があつたときは、遅滞なく、その旨を経済産業大臣に届け出なければならない。
