In addition to what is prescribed in paragraph (1) of the preceding Article, and notwithstanding Article 44, paragraph (1) and Article 45, paragraph (1), the driver of a vehicle may stop or park the vehicle partially within a part of the road where Stopping and parking are prohibited under Article 44, paragraph (1) or where parking is prohibited under Article 45, paragraph (1), if road signs or markings indicate that Stopping or parking is permitted.
