It is prohibited for the current or former officer (or the person operating the facility, if the designated driving school in question is not a corporation; the same applies in the following paragraph) or employee of a designated training institution to divulge confidential information learned in connection with specified training operations.
To apply the Penal Code and other penal provisions, the officers and employees of designated training institutions who are engaged in specified training operations are deemed to be employees engaged in public service pursuant to laws and regulations.
