The National Pension Fund Association must specify the following matters in its articles:
連合会は、規約をもつて次に掲げる事項を定めなければならない。

The location of the office;
事務所の所在地
Matters concerning the board of councilors;
評議員会に関する事項
Matters concerning officers;
役員に関する事項
Matters concerning status as a member;
会員の資格に関する事項
Matters concerning the pension and lump-sum benefit;
年金及び一時金に関する事項
Matters concerning incidental business;
附帯事業に関する事項
Matters concerning membership fees;
会費に関する事項
Matters concerning the management of assets and other financial matters;
資産の管理その他財務に関する事項
Matters concerning dissolution and liquidation;
解散及び清算に関する事項
Matters concerning the entrustment of operations;
業務の委託に関する事項
Matters concerning public notice;
公告に関する事項
Other important matters concerning organization and operations.
その他組織及び業務に関する重要事項
The provisions of Article 120, paragraphs (3) and (4) apply mutatis mutandis to the articles of the National Pension Fund Association.
