With regard to a claim that is the subject of dispute resolution prescribed in Article 23-6, paragraph (1), item (i) of the Act on Securing Compensation for Automobile Accidents prior to amendment by the provisions of Article 1 and that is pending before a designated dispute resolution organization at the time the provisions set forth in item (ii) of the preceding Article come into effect, for the application of Article 23-14 of the Act on Securing Compensation for Automobile Accidents as amended by the provisions of Article 1 (referred to as the "New Act on Securing Compensation for Automobile Accidents" in Article 5 of the Supplementary Provisions), the application for that dispute resolution is deemed to have been made at the time the provisions set forth in item (ii) of the preceding Article come into effect.
