Supplementary Provisions, Article 1Effective Date
第一条（施行期日）
This Act comes into effect as of April 1, 2016.
この法律は、平成二十八年四月一日から施行する。
Supplementary Provisions, Article 24Transitional Measures Accompanying the Partial Amendment of the Act on Securing Compensation for Automobile Accidents
第二十四条（自動車損害賠償保障法の一部改正に伴う経過措置）
With regard to the presentation of the certificate of automobile liability insurance by a person who holds the permission under Article 36-2, paragraph (1) of the former Road Transport Vehicle Act in the case where the provisions then in force continue to govern pursuant to Article 3 of the Supplementary Provisions, the provisions then in force continue to govern, notwithstanding Article 9 of the Act on Securing Compensation for Automobile Accidents as amended by the provisions of the preceding Article.
附則第三条の規定によりなお従前の例によることとされる場合における旧道路運送車両法第三十六条の二第一項の許可を受けている者に係る自動車損害賠償責任保険証明書の提示については、前条の規定による改正後の自動車損害賠償保障法第九条の規定にかかわらず、なお従前の例による。
